LINEAR SLIDE GUIDEWAY OPTIONS OIL DIP OR LM GUIDEWAYS TYPE
In the Oil type machine, the slide on which the magnetic chuck is mounted moves on a V & flat guides which are permanently dipped in a oil tray. LM Guideways slide is also available for effortless movement in X-Axis.
Normal And Excello type
For small size machine the vertical feed wheel is on the top, but as the machine size increases the operator can’t reach the vertical feed wheel without moving so in excello type the position of the vertical feed wheel is down along with the other wheels.
Moreover in excello type machine the length of vertical side is more so a workpiece with maximum height of 13 inch can be grinded while in normal only 9 inch is possible.
